    Technically, no. You can buy the Pangenea Ring by itself, but it will not include the integration of DNA insights with Pangenea AI unless you take a DNA test.
    The ring by itself delivers everything you'd expect from a top-tier health and fitness tracking device. You’ll get real-time biometric data like heart rate stats, sleep patterns, body temperature, and more…
    What you won't get with the ring alone is the AI-powered "why" behind your data — the personalized insights that connect your biometrics to your genetic blueprint.
    The greatest value comes when you combine Pangenea Ring with a DNA test and Pangenea AI.

  • How does the billing work?

    If you purchase a Pangenea Ring by itself (without a DNA test or Pangenea membership), it is a one-time charge. You'll be charged the price listed today and then there will be no further charges unless you choose to make another purchase.
    If you purchase one of the options that includes a Pangenea membership, it will renew yearly. You'll pay the price listed today for the Pangenea Ring and the first full year of your membership, then your membership will renew 365 days later for $129.
    Automatic renewals will continue until you decide to cancel your membership, which you can do at any time online in your account or by contacting our Customer Care Team at 1-800-976-2920.
    You will get emails reminding you of your renewal a few days prior to your billing date. If you ever need to update your billing information, contact our Customer Care Team by phone at 1-800-976-2920. Please try to give them at least 24 hours' notice before your billing date.

  • What is the refund policy at Pangenea?

    On top of the "Efficiency Guarantee" mentioned in a previous question, here are the scenarios in which your purchase may be eligible for a refund:
    Refunds On Pangenea Rings — To qualify for a refund on a Pangenea Ring, you must notify us within 30 days of your receipt of the ring.
    Refunds On Unused DNA Tests — To qualify for a refund an unused DNA test, you must notify us within (90) days after your order is placed. We must confirm that your samples have not been shipped to our laboratory.
    Refunds On Used DNA Tests — If your kit has been delivered to the laboratory and you receive your results within the 8 week efficiency guarantee period, you may not be eligible for a refund.
    Refunds On Subscriptions

    • Initial Subscription Purchase Refunds — You have up to 30 days after your initial purchase of your subscription to refund your order.
    • Subscription Renewal Refunds — You have up to 7 days after your subscription renewal to refund your order. If you cancel your subscription more than 7 days after your renewal, you will retain access to your services for the remainder of the subscription but will not be eligible for a refund.

    Upon the earlier of either a) the conclusion of the current Pangenea Membership period subsequent to your cancellation of the membership services, or b) the closure of your Pangenea account, you will lose access to the content and benefits associated with the Pangenea Membership Services, including any genetics reports provided as part of the membership.
